Deer Creek Reservoir is a beautiful recreation reservoir at the top of Provo Canyon near Heber City, Utah. It is part of Deer Creek State Park.
Recreation at Deer Creek
Deer Creek Reservoir is popular for boating, fishing, kayaking and other water activities.
At the Rainbow Bay entrance there is also a ropes course, zip line and inflatable obstacle course.
They also have picnic tables to enjoy!
Deer Creek Access Points
Deer Creek Reservoir is part of Deer Creek State Park, so there is a $10 fee per vehicle unless you have an Utah State Parks pass.
There are several entrances, which are all along the east side of the reservoir. I will list them in order from the south to north:

Deer Creek in different Seasons
Deer Creek Reservoir is open all year-round, but freezes in the winter.
In the late spring and early summer there are often lots of wildflowers!
