The Little Confluence Nature Trail is a natural area in Murray, Utah along the Jordan River. It is a great place to walk your dog, bike, or just enjoy nature!

There is a mix of surfaces, gravel, dirt, and paved sections as it intersects with the Jordan River Parkway. Arrowhead Park and the Kennecott Nature Center are the two parking places to enter the Jordan River Parkway and nearby trails closest to the Little Confluence Nature Center. If you continue even further you get to Germania Park.

The trickiest part is that there are only three bridges along the whole section and they are 0.8 mile apart from each other. There are various trails on each side, but if you cross, you will have to either retrace your steps or walk that distance for your next opportunity.

Most of this area only has little patches of shade, but there are some shady sections.

I love seeing the Jordan River!

The route I took was 1.8 miles and I mostly followed the north side of the Jordan River from the Little Nature Confluence Trail, crossed the bridge and then returned along the south side of the river.
