Lisa Falls is a beautiful destination with only a short and sweet little 0.3 mile hike to get there. It is a bit of a rocky trail, but because it’s so short, most toddlers could walk it themselves. There are parking lots on both sides of the street and the trail begins in the middle of the upper one, next to the lane headed down the canyon. It is a shady trail, but as you can see there are some rocks to climb over.
The trail is beautiful in the fall!
This is a fun and easy one in the winter as well. Micro-spikes are helpful as they almost always are on winter hikes. Since this one isn’t steep, you could probably get away without them if needed.
The beautiful Lisa Falls Waterfall!
If you stand with the waterfall behind you, you get this lovely mountain view!
This is a popular trail, but when we were there it wasn’t too crowded to enjoy.
When we were there we saw the coolest rainbow that circled the sun! I had never seen a rainbow quite like it, but now I now it’s called a sun halo!
